• Pets:  NO PIT-BULLS, ROTTWEILERS, OR DOBERMANS or other dogs with aggressive behavior. Pets must be leashed at all times. If they poop, you scoop, no exceptions. Excessive barking is disturbing to other residents. Please do not leave your pet unattended while tethered outside. No more than 2 pets per site. 
  • Alcohol:   Alcoholic Beverages are permitted. However, extreme Intoxication, profanity, vandalism or disorderly behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Speed Limit: The speed limit is 5 MPH thru the entrance & park area at all times. 
  • Quiet Hours: Begin at 9:00 PM until 8:00 AM and is strictly enforced. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Please keep Music & Noise at an unintrusive level at all times. 
  • Underground Wiring: Do not attempt to pound in any spikes of stakes on the premises. This could damage underground wiring/cable and possibly result in personal injury. 
  • Trash:   A dumpster is provided for Park residents only. It is located in the fenced in area to the right of the park entrance. The dumpster is emptied each Friday.  Please keep lids closed. If the dumpster if full, do not pile up trash around the outside of the dumpster, wait till it has been emptied. NO LARGE ITEMS such as boxes, furniture, mattresses, televisions, rugs, grills, microwaves, refrigerators or like items to be placed in or around the dumpster.
  • Mail:  If you wish to have mail delivered use the following address: 1269 East High St, Waynesburg, PA 15370. Include your site number. Mailbox is located at the end of the guardrail between the 7-Eleven and the RV Park.
During your stay, residents and guest are responsible for complying with all State, Local and Municipal Laws & Ordinances and adhering to the following RV Park Rules & Regulations: 

Park Rules

  • Open fires and/or fire rings are prohibited in the park.


  • Uses of electric heaters under your RV are prohibited.


  • Use of any type of Household Appliances such as deep freezers, AC Units and the use of Exterior AC Units are prohibited.


  • Plugging into Electric Pedestals other than the site that you are assigned to is prohibited.


  • Washing & hosing of RV’s and/or vehicles is prohibited. 
  • Use of fireworks is prohibited. 


  • Major vehicle repairs, oil changes or lubing is prohibited.


  • Use and/or set up of Swimming Pools, Jacuzzis, Hot Tubs, Trampolines, Swing Sets and Utility Buildings/Sheds are prohibited.
  • Site:  Please keep the area around your RV & Vehicle trash, clutter and pet waste free. 
  • Reporting:  Please report any leaks, damages or malfunctions immediately.
  • Sewer: PA law requires the use of a sewer ring or other means to prevent sewer gases from escaping into the air. The use of an appropriate 4” threaded elbow on the sewer hookup will assure an airtight seal. Please replace the threaded cap when you move out. 
  • Water:  Periodically check your hose and water connections for leaks. If you are leaving your RV unattended for a weekend or extended period of time, please turn the water valve located underground in the corrugated pipe to the off position. 
  • Quiet Enjoyment:  All residents are entitled to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing stay while at Watson's RV Park. Any issues should be addressed through Bill Watson, Park Owner. Sexual Harassment, Bullying, Harassing and/or Tampering with the property or hookup connections of other residents or their guest will not be tolerated. Violators will be reported to their Union Steward and/or Employer and residency at park will be terminated without refund. Charges may be filed and police will be available to escort from premises if necessary.
  • The uses of charcoal and gas grills are permitted. Do not use grills on picnic tables. 
  • Children:  Campers are responsible for the actions, safety and whereabouts of their children at all times.

  • Electric Use:  Park wiring and electric pedestals are designed to adequately supply RV's with the required amperage. They are not designed to overload with household appliances such as Deep Freezers and non RV AC units. Use of these items is restricted. Any cost of any service calls to make repairs to any damaged breakers, plugs, etc as a result of resident neglect will be charged to the negligent party.

Prohibited

These rules and regulations are for the benefit and safety of our guests and their families. Failure to comply with above rules & regulations can and will result in immediate removal from the park without any refund.
